In a scene that's dominated by non-original cover bands, Eden Park is determined
to move forward by writing, recording and performing their own material.
The way they approach their original material is sure to draw the curious listener.
They take songs from the 60's and (sometimes) the 70's and they pick the lines that
they like and they learn to play them backwards. If that's not enough, the rule within
the band is to do this with songs that were released in even numbered years. How's that for original?
The current line up, which includes vocalist BBS, bassist The Obnoxious IP,
drummer Stack and guitarists Frankie C. and Ishmael Dummy, are now set to
make a name for themselves in the music industry. On October, 10th, 2002,
Eden Park signed an exclusive management deal with Virginia based Strictly
Heavy Management in an effort to take their music to the next level. "It
seems there is a hole in the market for the punk rock that Eden Park delivers.
Their showmanship is extraordinary. They're a new brand of punk rock that's
extremely well performed," stated SHM owner Theresa Aldao. "We're looking
forward to introducing this band to a whole new audience of music fans."
They're not...a joke.
They're not...a novelty.
But...they do have a sense of humor.
We don't need to hype the band.
We won't form your opinion for you.
