  • Hello everyone. This is an update for the Doug Crum Music Fest. The following bands have volunteered their time and talents to this worthwhile cause. Country Road, Easy Street, Kitty Chaos, Bass Ackwards, Crooked Path, East Coast Invasion I'd like to take this time to thank the above bands for volunteering, and can't wait to hear them perform. I will be video taping the event, and as soon as I can locate the needed hardware to convert it to avi or mpg, I will be placing clips of each band performing on the Doug Crum Music Fest website at: Doug Crum MusicFest I will also be placing pics of each band on there as well. I plan on setting it up so that each year I can add to it as different band volunteer.

  • The Musician's Atlas is now available. Co-written by Vikki Walls, a co-director of the Millenium Conference and creator/promoter of Pop Fest, and Paul Sacksman, formerly Publisher of Musician Magazine, among others, the book has a whole lot of stuff from record labels to radio stations to clubs that musicians can really use. I've seen an advance copy - it's a really good book. Sells for about $20, it's well worth it. Buy it.
